Characteristics and application:

    

   Mo + 30% NiCrBSi composite material, By using plasma spraying preparation wear-resisting coating. The coating structure, is in Mo flat deformation between particles uniform set with NiCrBSi deformation particles. The organizational structure of the coating ,is uniformity in the Mo flat deformation of particles inlaid the NiCrBSi deformation particles. The coating has two kinds of material properties, Its advantages are as follows.  1. Coating of Mo-based, have a good anti-killed, and can withstand the instantaneous friction and high temperature.   2. NiCrBSi alloy hardness of the coating is high, Excellent abrasive wear resistance, thus improving the wear resistance of the coating under high load.  3. The porosity of the inherent coating has the effect of oil storage(8-15%). When in a critical state of lubrication, the lubricating oil in the pores due to friction and high temperature expansion, and spills along the gap, and thus play a good lubrication regulatory role. Save oil also played an endothermic effect, to transfer heat to the cylinder wall.

  Due to the above advantages, and make coating raise the high load abrasion resistance performance of polishing the injury, and kept in low negative load resistance to wear, it is the most ideal piston ring coating.

  Mainly used for piston ring, automobile synchronous ring, fork, etc
